What is ambient mode?
The same idea as YouTube's: the player samples the colours currently on screen and casts them as a soft glow behind the video. Toggle it in the settings menu, or turn it off entirely.
Which keyboard shortcuts work?
Space or K to play, J and L to skip ten seconds, arrow keys for five seconds and volume, M to mute, F for fullscreen, T for theater mode, I for picture-in-picture, C for captions, and 0 through 9 to jump to a percentage.
Where is the video hosted?
Cloudflare R2, served over a custom domain on Cloudflare's CDN. No third-party player, no tracking pixels, no ads.
